BAIRA MVMNT PHLOSPHY develops and nourishes the physical, cognitive and energetic ability to respond to the unknown. 

 

This intensive is designed for focused movement artists looking to grow in areas of floorwork and momentum based technique, contemporary partnering, and improvisation. Led by Shaina and Bryan Baira these 3 days will cultivate a brave space that challenges and explores our creative instincts.
