BlueHouse ArtistResidency
A Partnership with RIC3 Mortgage Broker
In May 2024 BAIRA launched a new residency program in collaboration with long-time community partner RIC3 — a New York and Detroit Based Mortgage company.
The mission of the BlueHouse ArtistResidency is to provide a bridge year for young creatives between academic life and their professional career. The artist-in-residence will share creative and administrative space with our company for the year, gaining insights and experience with grant writing, self-producing and arts entrepreneurship.
