GivingTuesday is a global generosity movement created in 2012 as a simple idea: a day that encourages people to do good. Our mission at BAIRA is to create performance experiences, professional training and community movement workshops which empower the individual and inspire a community rooted in empathy, sharing and action!
As BAIRA continues to expand we are asking for your generosity in helping us to continue making a powerful impact on the culture and community of Dance in Detroit!
This year is crucial for us to secure the financial support and stability to:
- Bring our full Detroit based company on out of state tours with us
- Provide sustainability for our current dancers and future dancers in Detroit.
- Allow us to continue building our training and programming here in Detroit making dance-theatre experiences and training available for all!
